City of Angels (1998) Movie
Seth is an angel who goes to the afterlife with the ghosts of the lately deceased. Since Seth has never been human, he has never tasted or felt touch. But while he is in the hospital, he meets Dr. Maggie Rice, a talented young heart surgeon who is committed to her work and her patients. Maggie considers Seth too enigmatic, even if he has the ability to make himself visible. Nathaniel Messinger, a patient Seth meets, has some news for him: like Seth, he was once an angel but decided to descend to Earth and become a human. Seth makes a decision on his future, which does not turn out as he had expected.
